Best customer service, friendly, kind, welcoming. This warm welcome is what made us fall in love with Penguin. Such a great cafe with lovely views. You must stop in and great a bite to eat.

I live locally and been here several times. If was nice in the past, however it is getting bad. This time the service was very slow (1 hour waiting with 3 tables occupied only) and the bread served was as hard as rocks. It scratches your gum. Luckily I have good dental health. Dont think about ordering anything come with toast if you have dentures. You will never be able to eat that.
